I believe we all have the power to positively impact how our dogs perceive their environment, enriching our relationship and strengthening our connection with them. Here's how I'm helping people grow from dog lover to pack leader.
Rehabilitating our dogs begins by understanding the world through their eyes. People often assume they know what their dogs are thinking and feeling when in reality they're speaking a different language entirely. While I work with each dog, I also work with each client to explore the fundamentals of dog psychology, providing insight into dogs' instinctual drives and how we can establish a stronger dynamic by fulfilling these drives consistently and effectively.
A key part of establishing harmony with our dogs lies in clearing up any miscommunication on our end as humans. Under my guidance, each client is encouraged to become a proactive part of the process by unlearning any personal habits that are contributing to their dog's behavior. Through consistently applying the lessons learned in session, people can effectively build their confidence and become a leader their dog will trust and respect.
I'm here to advocate for both dogs & their people throughout the training process. My goal is to encourage people to become strong advocates for their dogs through consistent & persistent practice. I strongly believe that dogs have the ability to change their behavior, as long as we establish an environment that sets them up for success. I aim to equip my clients with the tools needed to empower themselves and their dogs to build a healthy & balanced relationship that lasts for life.
